After 2 month of training with Jay my body has changed a lot - got leaner and shapelier - and am much stronger, fitter than ever before. Sessions are tailored for the goal/ individual and are varied and challenging. His menal attitude, training method is great, I have learnt a lot from him in many ways. Will definietly carry on with him and would 100% recommend it!

Jay is an amazing trainer. my body has gotten stronger and leaner. He constantly encourages me to push myself, and has really been a positive force in my life. Since I became his client, I have lost 11 pounds, and about 11.5% of my body fat. I have never felt better and enjoy exercise for the first time in my life
